We will come to your home and complete an up to 1 Hour inspection and diagnosis of your boiler, we’ll let you know exactly what's wrong.

If your boiler can then be fixed without additional parts within the 1-hour inspection, we'll complete the fix for you. We have found that around 70% of repairs can be fixed within the hour.

If we can't complete the fix within the hour, we'll give you a no obligation fixed price quote to complete the work based on the type of repair we need to complete.

We charge a minimum of 1 Hour Labour.

Diagnosis Payment is taken pre-arrival via a secure payment link sent to your phone.

If we deem your boiler beyond economic repair during the 1-hour inspection and diagnosis, we'll provide you with a no obligation quote to get a replacement boiler with us.

On top of this, we'll include the inspection fee as a deduction if you decide to replace your boiler with Hillingdon Boiler Experts.
